This client was tired of all the maintenance and mess that the large bushes separating his yard from his neighbors needed. Lots of fallen leaves, constant trimming, sections dying off, it just needed to go away and have a cleaner look. With the removal of the large bushes, there was no separation between yards and also a lack of privacy. There is also a lot of underground utilities right in line with the location of the new fence. We customized the location and method of post installation to ensure that none of the utility lines were disturbed. We came in and built a new fence that provided separation, better curb appeal, a lot less maintenance work and several feet of useable space in the front yard that was previously lost due to large bushes. Afterwards, we also painted the fence to match the house trim and stained the neighbor's side.
